Job title: Technical Data Coordinator
Reporting to: Customer Care Team Manager
Location: Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
Hours: 40 hours per week
We’re looking for a bright and ambitious Technical Data Coordinator to join our Customer Services department. This role will primarily involve supporting the Technical Compliance team by the entry of data into the company computer systems, assigning technical customer requests within the technical department and the preparation of product statements to answer customer queries.

What you’ll be doing
Completion of Customer Questionnaires and technical questions, ensuring that they have begun the process and been acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, prioritising where necessary.
Preparation of Technical Documents for customers, based on current regulations.
Entry of results and test data in to the company JDE and STARS systems.
Effectively and efficiently communicate and co-operate with internal, external customers and suppliers on problem solving and projects which require technical input
To provide technical support to the commercial team
Provide cover for other tasks performed in Technical Compliance Department (as detailed in training matrix)
Contribution to continuous improvement in the Technical Compliance and Customer Care Team (e.g. suggestions on improvements in quality and efficiency etc.)
Effectively & efficiently co-operate and communicate on tasks and projects as defined by the Technical Manager and Line Manager
Actively promote a Customer Centric Culture across the business, leading by example
Fulfil the role of effective team player, supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and undertaking other duties / tasks, appropriate to function at the discretion of line management, to the benefit of the department and the business
Undergo training in areas specific to Treatt PLC business as required.
Act in the best interests of Treatt PLC at all times
Perform such other tasks as are consistent with the general description
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is educated to A-level or equivalent, experience of working within a laboratory environment or with data entry would be a distinct advantage. IT literacy is essential - competent in Microsoft Office and experience with other computer system would be a distinct advantage. Regulatory experience would also be beneficial.
