What do you do at Treatt?
I’m a Production Manager, responsible for all blending, extractions, packaging, inventory, warehousing and shipping/receiving.
How did Treatt get on your radar as a possible employer?
I came across Treatt in 2008. The company I was working for at the time was hit hard by the global financial crisis, like many companies during that time. Luckily for me, Treatt was looking for a night shift supervisor due to the new demand of Treattarome production – something which worked out very well for both of us.
What’s the best part of your job?
The culture at Treatt is by far the best I’ve experienced yet. Everyone is willing to help when needed. It’s a fantastic place to work.
What would you say to someone thinking of joining the team at Treatt?
Treatt is a great company. The benefits package that is provided is well above the norm. The leadership team is approachable and always looking for ways to improve the business, not only for profit but also for the employees as well.
What’s your favourite drink?
Sweetwater IPA, but recently joined in on the Hard Seltzer trend.
