What are we looking for?

We receive a lot of applications for our roles, so here are a few tips if you want to stand out from the crowd:

  • Keep it short, no more than two sides of A4
  • Provide an overview of each past job role and any key responsibilities or achievements
  • An explanation for any gaps in employment for a significant amount of time should be provided
  • Demonstrate to us how you can make a difference at Treatt, and how you will live our company values: Challenge, Pride & Passion, Integrity and Teamwork

Our recruitment process

Here at Treatt we want the recruitment and interview process to be as positive as possible, for both you and us. Our interview process is reasonably informal, aiming to provide you, the candidate, with an insight into the role you are applying for and the company culture we operate in.
