Location: Hybrid - Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk/Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to support the Group Legal Counsel & Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in the delivery of listed and subsidiary Board and committee governance. What you’ll be doing
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Organising subsidiary board meetings, collation of board packs and attending and minuting the meetings
• Maintenance of statutory records, minute books and company information
• Drafting of board minutes and resolutions as required
• Supporting the preparation of induction material for director appointments
• Day to day administration of share schemes including awards and exercises
• Assisting with the organisation of the AGM
• Trademark administration
• Maintaining UK company data protections registrations
• Assisting with stock exchange announcements
• Maintaining HMRC and Home Office licences
• Managing the payment of dividends to overseas employees
• Filings with UK Registrar of Companies, FCA and Government websites
• Assisting with the preparation of material for the Annual Report
• Preparing paperwork authorising employee trading and maintaining appropriate records
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is ideally part or ICSA qualified who has prior experience of working in a Corporate Secretariat and ideally will have had exposure to the administration of share schemes. Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are required as well as strong organisational skills, with the ability to work automatously, prioritise and meet timelines without compromising on quality. The ability to adapt well to change in a fast paced environment and strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Adobe and virtual meeting software such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook will be an advantage.
