The Opportunity (General Summary)

 Under the guidance of the Plant Manager the Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for the movements of all inventoried items for all production departments, organization of all product storage areas, inventory counts, sampling needs and coordinating with the planning department.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage all material movements from all storage locations. This includes but not limited to, maximizing storage capacities; stage and return materials for production departments and coordinate with all departments for storage needs.
• Final review of completed work orders. This includes but not limited to, verifying stock levels of issued materials and of new production inventory.
• Conduct daily location cycle counts and complete reconciliations. This includes but not limited to, verifying location inventory accuracy; complete locations when required and adjust inventory when necessary.
• Monitor expired stock level. This includes but not limited to, submitting samples to Quality Control; work with Quality Control and Planning to determine items that require disposal and assist in planning with Aged Stock.
• Act in the best interest of Treatt USA at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.
 
After training you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
 
 • Good working knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, GMP, HAZMAT, MSDS and EPA requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently practice safe work habits.
• Ability to perform accurate weight measurements and basic math equations.
• Working knowledge of blending hose and pump systems.
• Knowledge of the flavor and fragrance industry and Treatt USA products.

What we’re looking for

Experience in the following areas:

• Ability to read, write and produce legible written documentation.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use various spreadsheet, word-processing and database computer software.
• Florida Food Manager Certificate.
• Forklift and Hazardous Materials Awareness Training.
• Ability to complete standard to metric conversions.
