The Opportunity (General Summary)
The HSE Coordinator works closely with the HSE Officer, planning, implementing and overseeing the company's employee safety at work, this will include delivery of all HSE Training and all associated HSE administration.

What you’ll be doing
After training you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
The duties and tasks involve the following:
• Conducting HSE Training, which will include
o New Employee Training
o Contractor Training
o Annual Refresher Training
o Safety Manual Training
• Reviewing/Revising existing training modules
• Implementing Skill Station
• Maintaining Event Card spreadsheet
• Maintaining OSHA 300 Log
o Annual reporting
o Annual posting
• Conducting annual program audits
o Lock Out Tag Out
o Hot Work
o Confine Space Entry
o Job Safety Analysis of SOPs
• Conducting and taking ownership of routine Safety Walks of the facility with Safety Committee members
• Being responsible for Environmental Programs
o Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, Tier II annual Reporting
o Spill Control and Counter Measure Plan
o Hazardous Waste disposal
• Performing such other tasks as are consistent with the general description.
What we’re looking for
• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Previous experience of working within an HSE environment
• Excellent administrative skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• High level IT and communication skills
• Confidence to work across all levels of the business
