Cycle to Work Scheme
We offer a cycle to work scheme where employees can purchase a bike (up to a maximum value of £1000) through the company. The items are leased for from the company until full payment is received over a 36-month period with savings of up to 20% can be made.

Social Events
Our people work hard together and also love to get together throughout the year at a wide range of social events. Our monthly social calendar has everything from comedy nights, bowling, dinner and drinks, laser quest, escape rooms, obstacle courses and quizzes. those new to joining, our social calendar offers great opportunities to interact with other departments and build new social connections. Voluntary Benefits

In Lakeland, Florida every Wednesday employees are given the opportunity to volunteer at KidsPack is a charity aimed at helping the lives of children, whether it is giving clothes, food, shelter or to encourage learning.
