IFT FIRST (Food Improved by Research, Science and Technology) is the premier global food science event, drawing over 16,000 professionals across R&D, innovation and product development from around the world.

The event will be held at McCormick Place, Chicago, from Sunday 13th July to Wednesday 16th July 2025, enabling more exhibitors to attend and present their products over four days.
