What you’ll be doing
You’ll be bringing bundles of enthusiasm and a fresh pair of eyes to an established, but growing, team. For Co-Sec every day is unique, the challenges we face can sometimes seem insurmountable and things can be busy but we’re a cohesive team and your demonstrable resilience will be part of the glue that holds us all together. You’ll be assisting with the day-to-day statutory, company secretarial and legal requirements of the Group along with undertaking longer running ad hoc projects. Part of our commitment to you is full on-the-job training as well as offering you the opportunity to pursue an ICSA professional qualification.
What we’re looking for
We’re searching for an exceptionally organised, diplomatic person who can demonstrate that they’re a completer finisher with a passion for a job well done. You might be newly graduated, or somebody looking for a fresh challenge in their lives, but if you’re enthusiastic, resilient and a master of organisation then we want to hear from you. ICSA part qualified very welcome but this is not a deal breaker.
You should be personable, friendly and supportive, acknowledging that you’ll get to work with colleagues from all seniority levels across all departments on a daily basis.
