We have a new home

We are delighted to announce that R.C. Treatt & Co. Ltd. will be fully relocating from Northern Way, Bury St Edmunds, to our new purpose-built facility located at Skyliner Way, Bury St Edmunds in May 2022.

We have an expert logistics team planning and implementing our relocation to our New UK Headquarters and to ensure our relocation runs as smooth as possible, we will need to implement a small period of time to focus our logistical operations on the relocation activity.

Please find below Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about our relocation activity.

CUSTOMER: Can I still place an order during between 30th April and 8th May?

Yes, we are still accepting customer orders throughout this period.
CUSTOMER: If I place an order the week before, how will I know when it will be dispatched?

Your Customer Care Representative will advise despatch details following receipt of your order.
CUSTOMER: Who shall I speak with if I have any other questions?

Please contact your Customer Care Representative who will happily discuss any queries you may have.
SUPPLIER: What if my shipment is inadvertently sent to Northern Way?

We will redirect the delivery driver to our new address which is approx. 4 miles away. The delivery would not be unloaded at Northern Way.
