Location: Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
Hours: 35 hours per week

What you’ll be doing
Tasks include but are not exclusive to:
- Maintaining business and customer relations
- Day to day maintenance of quotes for existing business
- Processing orders
- Processing samples
- Processing complaints
- Responding promptly to customer / agent requests and queries
- Maintaining good customer / agent relationships
- Communicating relevant information
- Liaising with other departments as appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and complete data (JDE)
- Assisting departmental Managers as required
- Actively promoting excellent customer service in all you do in line with customer centric and charter principles
- Reception Cover when necessary
