What you’ll be doing

Travelling the UK, and internationally, you will be responsible for driving the sales initiative to cosmetics customers within an agreed sales budget programme. Actively seeking to identify, communicate and act on sales opportunities, executing deal-close and post-sale development of customers.

You will work closely with customer service team to sample, quote, process orders and expedite deliveries, ensuring that the customers need are always fulfilled.

We are seeking an experienced sales person ideally with cosmetics knowledge and a passion and drive for the concepts of organic and fair trade.

You’ll be someone who is focussed and driven, able to close the deal, whilst being enthusiastic about the product range and ethos we represent.

You should be personable, friendly and supportive, acknowledging that you’ll get to work with colleagues from all seniority levels across all departments on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at influencing customer decisions, taking a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities. The individual will be resilient and highly motivated by success. We will look for you to provide a positive input into improving sales and service at all times.

Some international travel will be involved.
