As part of this succession planning Treatt continues to develop and expand its already successful Graduate Trainee Programme, thus underpinning the Group’s future success by having a pipeline of emerging talent schooled at Treatt which will enable the business to meet the future needs of its customers on a global basis.
Each year we run graduate recruitment programmes in the UK and in the USA. If successful at the application stage candidates are invited to take part in further assessment on our graduate recruitment days. The detailed assessment process typically includes psychometric tests & personality questionnaire, site tours, panel interviews and presentations.
